We are a fast-growing, D to C, E-commerce business in the gardening space.

You will play a vital role in supporting our digital marketing space and contributing to the success of our sustainable mission.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Tik Tok, and more Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive campaigns that align with brand objectives Conduct research to identify target audience preferences and interests Develop, execute, and manage social media ad campaigns and promotions Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on performance Stay informed about emerging social media tools, trends, and best practices Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts Assist with photography and videography for social media content
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing or similar role, 4
years preferred - Proficient in using social media management tools - Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of proofreading techniques to ensure error-free content - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, a plus - Proven work experience and success with social media ad campaigns - Experience with Google (GA4) Analytics, a plus
