SPECIALISED TECHNIQUES/KNOWLEDGE:
- Be able to maintain a Pallet Jack License by OSHA standards.
GENERAL COMPETENCIES:
- Must demonstrate ability to follow instructions.
- Work well with team members.
- Maintain proper handling of eggs.
- Must be able to manually lift items weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Must be physically and legally able to operate Electric Pallet Jacks.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to complete reports in Excel and email reports.
- Basic math skills.
- Maintain good attendance record.
- Maintain Biosecurity protocol.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Specific Perform inspections of eggs - inspects, grade and weigh.
Maintain detailed inspection records, prepare reports in excel.
Communicate with Shipping Coordinator regarding problem areas.
Ensure adherence to all current Quality and Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) standards.
Perform fertility checks.
Perform other functions as assigned from time to time.

PERFORMANCE CRITERIA:
THE JOB IS SATISFACTORILY PERFORMED WHEN:
- Quality standards of eggs and other perishable goods - All reports are turned in in a timely manner and show little to no discrepancies.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- While performing duties of job, incumbent is occasionally require to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must have the ability to be present, awake and alert at the assigned office location for assigned working hours.
- Must have flexibility and dexterity in both wrists.
